TOT Public Company Limited (TOT) expresses gratitude to all persons who are interested in using the services at www.tot.co.th/eservice Nonetheless, TOT sets data protection policy, by any means to safeguard information of users, strictly and confidentially, to ensure the privacy and security of information. Details are as follows:
Data Security
To safeguard database server, and prevention of loss, adaptation or usage without permission, TOT deploys Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology which is an ultimate reliance security system currently available as a communication device between TOT and users. In the event that information has been filled-in for registration, or user id and password signed-in to enter into online express service (comprising balance statement inquiry, payment service and user’s personal profile), data would be sent from user’s device to database server of website through encryption process. System would decode such message back into original text upon retrieval its owner. However, upon data security, terms of use and restrictions of the website shall be strictly complied.
Using Data

  • • TOT gives permission to only TOT officer and relating teamwork to access user’s information. However, such officer and teamwork are already well-trained and clearly understood the Data Protection Policy.
  • • Personal profile of user will be kept private and confidential, either in document or electric data, including input in which its transmission process is underway.
  • • In the event that TOT must disclose personal profile of user by any causes other than aforementioned, TOT will make contact to user for request of consent. However, such consent of information disclosure is based on the own discretion of such user.
